Most email enquiries are answered within one working day, often sooner during normal studio hours. If your job needs colour matching, a strike-off sample or a bulk print run, please send the artwork details and fabric requirements up front so the production team can review it properly.

For samples, matching and finishing
If your work must match an existing shade or you want to test the result before a bigger run, ask for colour matching or strike-off sampling. We also handle hemming and finishing for curtains, flags and other made-up fabric items, which is useful when the order needs to go straight to site or into retail.
Clear instructions save time and help avoid reprints, especially where the fabric will be used in coastal humidity or in busy commercial spaces.
Before sending files or specs
Please check that artwork is correctly named and sized, and let us know if the print is for small batch work or a larger production run. Our production team reviews files before printing, then packs each order for courier dispatch from Cape Town.
